One regular registration with one or more additional papers has
only ONE hard copy and 1 conference attendance. If co-author want to attend the conference, please register
as the delegate. For delegate registration, please the following button to complete the registration and
send us your payment email and order ID within 3 working days, so that your registration could be confirmed
by the conference secretary in time.

Student registration applicant be the 1st author of the paper.
And the electronic copy of student ID card will be requested.
Additional paper registration precondition: Additional paper
registration requires that two papers have the same first authors.
Printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir will be
provided on conference site.
Author registration to the conference includes attendance in all
sessions of the event, present a speech in one session, proceedings, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner on June
13-14.
Presenter registration to the conference includes attendance in
all sessions of the event, present a speech in one session, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner on June 13-14,
no conference proceedings.
Delegate registration to the conference includes attendance in
all sessions of the event, lunch, coffee breaks and dinner on June 13-14.
Exclusion of Liability
The Conference Organizer will not be held responsible for participants' failure to attend the conference
directly or indirectly occasioned by visa application deny, riots, diseases or any conditions beyond the
control of the Conference Organizer. And thus, the conference registration fee cannot be refunded.
Refunds and Cancellation Deadline
The cancellation deadline is on May 01, 2026.
Cancellations before May 01, 2026 is acceptable but it will be charged for 30% of registration fee as the
handling fee. There will be no any refund after May 01, 2026.
Safety Precautions
For the safety of your properties, participants are required to wear attendee card in the conference period. Please don't carry other conference unrelated people to enter the conference room. The onsite staff or organizer has the right to stop those without the name card from entering the meeting room. Please note that the organizer and the onsite staff will not accept liability for any kind of damage, losses or injuries occurring to persons or personal belongings during the conference.
